MOBER

A MOBER or mobility impact report determines the mobility profile of a planned development in an existing spatial environment and examines the impact of mobility effects on the future development potential of that area. Based on this, measures and recommendations are formulated to manage the effects. The Decree of the Flemish Government of 3 July 2009 requires the drawing up of a MOBER for projects above the established lower limit. MINT has extensive experience in preparing MOBERs. The mobility discipline in an environmental impact report also holds no secrets for us.
